Undertaken in conjunction with Warwick Manufacturing Group (part of the University of Warwick)

1996-1998, "Project Bootstrap":

Substantial, ESF-funded project, (including a transnational element) aimed at improving workplace skills within West Midlands - particularly in the IT area.

1998-2001, "Systems Competitiveness":

ERDF-funded programme of seminars and consultancy aimed at improving SME's use of IT. Principally targeted at manufacturing companies in the West Midlands.
